China Telecom Xiaomi M2 on sale from 26th January


The China Telecom version of the Xiaomi M2 received it’s network license not so long ago, and judging by the splash page over on the Xiaomi website they should go on sale for the 26th January,

China Telecom is the 3rd largest phone carrier in China (China Mobile is the largest and China Unicom comes in second), and use their own CDMA2000 network meaning customers wanting to get their hands on the latest phones are often stuck waiting for months for the CDMA model is announced.

Unfortunately, the wait is not over the Xiaomi fans wanting a CDMA phone though, as the device is likely to sell out just as quickly as the unlocked and China Unicom models have done before it! Just when will Xiaomi get their act together and launch the M2 is stores?

The China Telecom Xiaomi M2 features the same 4.3-inch 720p display, quad-core CPU, 2GB RAM and 8 mega-pixel rear camera as other M2 models and will be priced at 1999 Yuan.
