ZTE Grand S II launched with new voice recognition features

Last year ZTE announced the original Grand S during this year’s Consumer Electronics Show ZTE unveiled the ZTE Grand S II smartphone.

The updated version of the ZTE Grand S has all the features we would see of most flagship phones for the start of the year and has some nice updates over the original phone.

First up the new phone has a much larger 3000mAh battery (the original Grand S had just a 1780mAh battery), there is also a Snapdragon 800 processor on board, 2GB RAM, 5.5-inch 1080 display but just 16GB of internal memory.

The ZTE Grand S II other neat trick is it’s updated voice recognition features. The phone can be set up to work with a number of users, all of whom can operate the phone via voice commands. Unlocking the phone by voice is one way you can use this, but it’s in the ‘My-drive’ in car mode where the feature is likely to be best used.

No launch date for the ZTE Grand S II has been announced and neither has a price for the phone.
