Redmi Note 4G on a no-strings-attached sale in India for 3 days starting January 24

Saturday through Monday, citizens of India will be able to purchase the Xiaomi Redmi Note, the 4G variant thereof, without having to procure any sort of an invite/pre-booking/registration beforehand. Traditionally, Xiaomi sells its phone on Tuesdays 2pm, which requires prospective buyers to be ‘registered’ for the sale beforehand. Meaning, you can’t just show up at 2pm on a Tuesday and take home a Xiaomi.

The Chinese company announced today that for three days, i.e., January 24th-26th, the device (4G Redmi Note) will be sold via an open sale.
