Even though the first batch of 16GB LTE-only version of the Xiaomi Mi 4 is yet to go on sale in India, Xiaomi have gone ahead and made an announcement about the higher-capacity 64GB version of the phone.
The 64GB variant of the popular Xiaomi phone will go on sale in the country on 24th February, which happens to be two weeks away from now. At 23,999 INR (US$386), the phone is 2,000 INR more expensive than its arch rival – the OnePlus One (also on open sale for 10th Feb), which goes for 21,999 INR.
Other than the added storage, not a lot changes on the Mi 4 besides the price. Response to the Mi 4’s pricing has been mild so far, even as it is yet to go on sale in the country. The device has a 5-inch 1080p display, a 2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 SoC, 3GB of RAM, 16/64GB of storage and a 3080mAh battery.
Those that are contemplating purchasing the phone can take a look at our review, during which we found the phone to be a highly capable device with a great build. The phone will be available in India via Flipkart as usual.
