Ulefone cut the cost of the Be Pro to $149.99

ulefone be pro price cut

Ulefone have cut the cost of their Ulefone Be Pro by $20, making the 64bit phone just $149.99 for international customers to buy now.

Ulefone released the Be Pro at the start of the year. The launch was given much fanfare and the reception was pretty good. Specs for the phone include 2GB RAM, 5.5-inch display, 64bit MT6732 chipset and FDD LTE.

Since the launch Ulefone have updated the system of the Be Pro to a pure Android 5.0 Lollipop ROM, which should suit the 64bit processor down to the ground and offer better performance and battery life compared to Kitkat.

Gizchina News of the week

At $149.99 the cost seems pretty good, just keep in mind that the camera quality of the Be Pro isn’t as good as people had hoped (it uses an OV main sensor rather than the claimed Sony.

The following stores are offering the Ulefone Be Pro at $149.00:

I bought this phone for $135 (on special from Gearbest).when it was first released. Its all screwed up now after an OTA update to Lollipo 5.0. This OTA software was not ready and it accidentally RELEASED and now there are many unhappy customers who all got their phone wipe CLEAN!!

    Dear Friends,

Today some of you updated your phone to Android Lollipop. As a result
some of you lost your data and received version of Lollipop that have a
lot of bugs. It was an engineer version of ROM that was published for
testing and wasn’t meant to be downloaded by our customers. However,
because of the mistake of one of our software engineer this testing
version have been released. That is totally a company’s mistake and we
are apologize for that. We promise that the final version of the Android
5.0 will be released this week.

Sorry to hear that. I got the update notice but, based on what happened to Mlais after their 5.0 update, I chose to ignore the Be Pro update. I will wait to update until I hear that it’s okay.

Supposedly two fixes for the 5.0 update. Ulefans.com and search for it, at your own risk, and Ulefone will send out a patch based on your IMEI number. Go to their Facebook page, private message them your IMEI, and they will send out the patch.

Hope you can get it straightened out.

And the Be Touch is probably why Ulefone has discounted the Be Pro. Nice specs

Mlais is eating their sales, but seriously there is nearly no point in getting a 6732 when you can get a 6752 for the same price.

Gionee E7 uses the OV camera and its brilliant!! One of Gionee E7 strong points is the main and front camera (not a Sony). The Gionee E7 camera is much better than my One+, Oppo 5 and way better than Ulefone Be Pro. I owned all.

I’ve had mine for about 2 months and the wifi on it just went out 2 days ago. The Ulefone U69 I had before that also had the wifi fail permanently.

I was happy with each phone until that happened to each phone.

not sure I would buy this brand again.
