Mlais have set up pre-orders for their flagship M7 and large battery MX models at special introduction prices.

Last month Mlais announced the full official specifications of both the Mlias M7 and Mlais MX. If you missed the details let’s go over them in a quick recap.

mlais m7 specifications

The Mlais M7 is the top of the range Mlias model featuring a 5.5-inch HD display, 3GB RAM, 16GB internal memory, octacore Mediatek MT6752 chipset and, like many of today’s flagships, a TouchID fingerprint scanner.

Gizchina News of the week

If top end performance takes a back seat to battery life then the Mlais MX is the device to look at. With an energy efficient quad-core MT6735 chipset, 5-inch HD display and Lollipop installed as standard the MX is good for a few days of battery life thanks to a 4800mAh battery.

Both phones also come with 5 mega-pixel front, the M7 getting a Sony IMX135 sensor and MX an 8 mega-pixel IMX219.

Official retail pricing for the Mlais devices is $149.99 for the Mlias MX and $199.99 for the M7, however during the presale time both models are have a $10 discount making them $139.99 and $189.99 respectively. The M7 presale begins today while the MX presale starts on the 20th May.

Mlais have teamed up with GearBest and TinyDeal to offer the phones at the special intro price.

Aparentely the battery gets better with the Android 5 ROM, too bad the Android 5 ROM is too buggy, and the KK ROM can only charge the battery 80-85%

If they get a competent software team they will steal sales from Elephone the only 2014 “small” brand that still alive and well on 2015.

What the fuck happen with Cubot, THL, Doogee, etc..

The M52 with Lollipop version 20150430 is perfect! Battery life greatly improved, no issues whatsoever with crashes, phone is fast! Still the rear camera isn’t good, but other then that i love this phone to death!

Yes, it will help to do one day…but not to someone who really use it.
It’ just to small…and if Sammy can sell story that one day is more than enough, that doesn’t mean it will be ok for Mlias

The MX at 129,99$ would be a good start, but Umi Hammer is faster and harder and costs 129,99$, so I`d still rather go with Umi.

        its better than IMX214 camera?

        • Xalis
          May 7, 2015

No the IMX135 is generation behind the IMX214, the IMX135 is the one used in the Xioami Mi3, Galaxy S4 and LG G3, a good sensor but it can’t record 4K video.
