UMi are promoting the launch of the UMi Hammer S, their first USB Type C smartphone, by holding a special treasure hunt promotion. During the even fans will be able to receive codes to enter a “wheel of fortune” and bag a saving on the UMi Hammer S smartphone. UMi tell us that everyone entering will come away with a discount code for the phone but it’s all down to luck just how much you could end up saving (it can be as much as $110).

The UMi Hammer S boasts a 5.5-inch HD display, Mediatek MT6735 chipset, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal memory and rear facing fingerprint scanner. The rear camera is a 13 mega-pixel Sony IMX179 while the front is a 2 mega-pixel sensor. A 3200mAh battery sits inside the 154 x 77.4 x 8.5mm phone.

MT6735 Back fingerprint.This is a very low profile.
I think I will choose ulefone Be Touch 2,Even though it’s a high price,But for a long time to use the phone.MT6752 Front fingerprint 3GB RAM, SONY IMX214 It’s right to choose.
The Be Touch 2 has gotten bad reviews.

Wait a second: isn’t IMX179 a 8 Mpx sensor? Used in Meizu MX3 for instance?
i bet Andy will be throwing this one around too as it’s probably as bad as the first hammer with it’s teribble battery and supercrappy camera
