2GB RAM Homtom HT7 Pro pre-sales begin at $89.99

homtom ht7 pro

Another sub $100 phone for you budget phone hunters to choose from, but if I had my choice I think the Homtom HT7 Pro would be high on my list.

At $89.99 the Homtom HT7 Pro is in competition with phones from Bluboo, Blackview, and UMi just to name a few, but what the HomTom offers that some of the more affordable phones can’t is LTE, 2GB RAM and a 3000mAh battery.

Plenty of 2016 budget phones have launched at under $100 but many of them use the Mediatek MT6580, a quad-core chip that is limited to only GSM and WCDMA 3G networks. The HT7 Pro on the other hand gets the MT6735 processor that also supports FDD-LTE 800/1800/2100/2600mhz.

Memory comes in the form of 2GB RAM, 16GB internal memory, and the option to run up to 128GB SD cards.

The 5.5-inch HD phone is already up for pre-sale now through Gearbest at $89.99, which is actually more affordable than some of the 3G only MT6580 phones we have seen.

What do you think of this Vs The cubot note S?

    • January 27, 2016

I suppose if LTE is important or not

    Yeah, “3000mah battery”… Sure! xD
The ht7 with the same battery size can’t last more than 2 hours of sot, 2 and half at best.
And it’s not a sw issue, it’s just the battery MUCH smaller than declared… Doogee’s routine, i suppose ?

Nah the Mi4i last way longer, you’re most likely using a reseller ROM full of malware, install a official version.

          Way longer????

Maybe it’s like Xalis said below, doesn’t look like the official rom (that said, mi4i has some hw problems related to the soc, so efficiency is below other xiaomi phones)

Цена на PRO версию уже около 80$ на aliexpress. Для крепкого долгожителя с хорошими параметрами очень даже хорошо…

If the HOMTOM HT7 Pro can have a 3GB RAM, it will be better. Watch the comparison video https://goo.gl/ZBlnzb, you will agree with me that 3GB RAM is better than 2GB RAM.
