Vivo X7 and X7 Plus launched in China

Teasers had already paved the way for the Vivo X7, but today the details became official as did the Vivo X7 plus!

As we had seen in TENAA leaks, and other teasers, the Vivo X7 has launched with a front 16 mega-pixel camera and ‘moonlight’ flash which a slightly higher resolution than the rear 13 mega-pixel camera.

The X7 boasts a 5.2-inch Super AMOLED display, octacore Snapdragon 652 chipset, 4GB RAM and 64GB memory. With a smaller footprint the X7 gets a 3000mAh battery, but there is still room for a AK4376 HIFI chip for upmarket audio performance.

Gizchina News of the week

If 5.2-inches is a little on the small side then the Vivo X7 Plus might be preferable with a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display.

The larger phone has the same octacore chipset, 4GB RAM and 64GB memory, but gets front and rear 16 mega-pixel cameras, and a larger 4000mAh battery.

As with all Vivo phones launched this year the X7 and X7 plus come in gold and rose gold colours with a white faceplate.

Pricing for the X7 is 2498 Yuan, pricing go the X7 Plus wasn’t revealed at the launch but we suspect it will be around 2999 Yuan.

Idk about that front finger/home button though. I liked the x6 plus layout instead. Also looking to see if funtouch is actually running marshmallow now.
