Oukitel plan to reveal their K10000S model in HongKong

Exactly a year ago Oukitel revealed at the Asia World Expo 2015 event their model K10000 with a monster 10000 mAh battery capacity. Fast forwarding one year and here we are with an updated version to that, because Oukitel are planning to reveal the new K10000S on October 18th presentation.

Seems like that the new version is once again sporting the huge 10000 mAh battery, but the rest of the specs should get a significant upgrade in line with a high-end model expectations.

Gizchina News of the week

Sadly we don’t have any more information about that in detail, because Oukitel developers are allegedly still pondering if to use octa-core or deca-core processor in the new model. And of course trying to design a phone that should be also fairly light despite the monster battery. So let’s wait few days and hope for the best.

    6000 mAh = Oke
10.000 mAh is just too big and too clumsy in my opinion

Again: no mention of k6000 premium, although it was supposed to launch in october… And again: if there isn’t any news about it at this expo, the model it’s probably deleted, which is definitely a shame… K10000 has a nice battery, but probably the vertu-rugged look isn’t something I’d like to see everyday as my main phone

glad we are in the same boat, i keep feeling the 6000 premium is scraped and i was here thinking only i remebered this model and for october weve heard news of the u15 pro and u15s, k7000 and now k10000 cn oukitel really work on a phone like the 6000 premium with all those models already in october, but as you say by nect week tuesday we will see whats to come

Everything is a mess: while u15 doesn’t require a lot of effort because is similar to some of their other phones, u15s and k7000 are something new, so they need to work on those… This k10.000s I’m unsure of, because they should announced it soon but it’ll probably go on sale some months from now… Just saying, k6000 premium was basically announced almost an year ago and the release date was still this october, so who knows when k10.000s will be released…

On the other hand, k10.000s is basically a rugged phone, so it would be odd to see it as their flagship with the most powerful soc they’ve used so far… The k6000 premium would make much more sense as a flagship because it was thought out as a premium phone with a large battery… Also, a mock up unit was already shown at some kind of chinese event such as this expo, so delete it without a word would be even stranger, knowing people are still waiting for this… All we can do is to wait some more, as you mentioned…

i think the k10000s will release this year but maybe in december, i think the k10000 was released that time as well but dont quote me on that lol, and i was really digging the 6000 premium expecially since it has a glass design done right so no worries about fingerprint magnet grease, and outkitel has great build quality too, is this even next week as big as say mwc ?

Yep, I’ve seen it maaany months ago (it’s an italian video, so it popped out easily somehow)… No one has any news because there are none ? so we can assume they’re done with the project…

The edit part was sad and hilarious at the same time, oukitel be like “does this sound like an answer to you?!” ?

dude the video i watched an hour ago said that the u15s is coming out in.. DECEMBER no way the premium is coming through aprat from that i saw the ulefone power 2..meh and ulefone’s “high end” dual camera phone and OF COURSE it looks exactly like the iphone 7 plus O-M-G for real??? dude even elephone showed their s7 and p25 YES ELEPHONE the company that releases a new model once a day and they revealed the unicorn p25

thats when you know the k6000 premium is really dead even homtom and dogee was revealing their premium models unbelievable but ill wait till tomorrow MAYBE!! notebook italia will show a video of the k6000premium haha

Dude, thanks, i didn’t kept track of all of the videos (I thought I’d watch them all once the exhibition was over… But now they’re too much ?) so I didn’t notice the power 2, which I wasn’t expecting right now… Man, WHAT AN UNDERWHELMING PHONE! It’s basically the same, but without the irblaster (which was the main reason I was preferring this over the the oukitel k6000 pro)… “oh, but now our cameras have 3 more interpolated mpxs, so more mpxs is better, right?!”… Damn it!
Let’s wait a bit more, but k6000 premium ain’t come out at 99%…

All in all, the best battery phone to date is 360 n4s… Too bad it’s not widespread as I though it would be for whatever reason…

I know, but the price is quite high compared to the original, and that happens when very little shops offer the model… This imply not much people have it, which imply there is no kind of modding on it, and that’s a huge problem… I even haven’t found a single thread about it on the forum I follow the most (and this forum has threads about dual core mt6572 iphone 6 clones, just saying)… That’s a part I don’t overlook: I don’t care if I don’t get latest android version, but if I have an issue I’d like to have someone I can talk with!

The K10000 was a great phone, just a tad more heavier than it should be.
My advice is to lose the metal and make the phone 6.0″ to keep the battery thinner.
Use really good and hard plastic with rubber on the sides(better protection against drops than metal anyway).
If they can manage a MT6750 or P10 with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, a decent cam(could be the same IMX214 in the K6000 Pro, it`s still very capable) and keep the weight to like half of what the original K1000 was and the price to 299$, this could end up quite the deal for battery lovers.
The original K10000 lasted 30hrs+ on video playback!

I hate d hybrid sim support of K10000. I wish Oukitel should enable d new model to be dual sims and has a separate space for SD card. Also ROM size of 32Gb or 64Gb will be great and finally make it pocket friendly like <$200.

Yah I do agree with that…. 2 SIM and SD Card would be great.
