With the end of the year rapidly approaching apparently even the big manufactuers can get sentimental and look back at their year with the occasional tear in the eye. So let’s take a look how Elephone fared so far during 2016.
They kicked off the year releasing the Elephone P9000 model, which garnered quite some success and good sales and the following Elephone S3 in the first half the year introduced the bezel-less inclination that is central for most of their phone until today.
Second half of the year brought us the budget Elephone C1 fighting mainly with the low price point and not the specifications and finally recently we have seen the Elephone S7 and R9 models coming to the market. Main focus and spotlight is mainly stolen by the S7 with its reasonable hardware and exquisite looks with a lumia wave design of the back cover as the cherry on the top. Oh and all that for $139.99? Good move by the Elephone, that’s one hell of a value there.
As a part of the nostalgic reminiscencing Elephone are also assuring the customers that also for the next year they are planning to give all the firmware update and software support for all the models released in 2016 so no need to be afraid of any abandonment issues. Let’s cross our fingers they really mean that.
