Doogee are going 3D with the Y6 Max

It’s the holiday season and whatever that might mean to us, it always seems to mean a new glasses free 3D smartphone from China. Every year or so Chinese phone makers take a crack at building a phone with 3D capabilities but without the need for glasses and each year they fail to really capture the imagination of consumers, perhaps Doogee’s Y6 Max will be different?

Being a Max device the new Doogee Y6 Max has a large 6.5-inch display with a parallax stereo effect. The screen works in conjunction with the front facing camera to monitor the position of the users eyes to create a floating image effect.

3D usually needs almost the double GPU resources (renders from two different angles).
is a MTK chip enough for playing games? moreover a low end one?

Hmm… so tempted to order one… but not sure how “3D” is the 3D. The price is great for a 6.5 inch with a 4300mAh battery… or may be I should wait for reviews…
