Elephone have just revealed a pretty interesting detail about the upcoming Elephone P25. The phone will indeed feature a 16MP camera on the front.

Gizchina News of the week

The 16 megapixel camera sports a Samsung image sensor and, although they do not specify it’s product number, they promise it’ll use a very optimized algorithm to improve the end result. Photos should be sharper and more vibrant compared to the ordinary front-facing shooters, it’ll also give the selfie a more natural-looking skin tone.

While the front camera comes with a relatively high resolution, the one on the back is no less. The Elephone P25 will in fact pack a 21MP rear camera, which is a very high pixel count even by today’s standards.

Other than the camera details, we pretty much know most of the hardware on the Elephone P25. It goes from the full metal unibody design, to the MediaTek Helio P25 CPU, 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The phone will pack a 3600mAh battery and run Android Nougat out of the box.

No offense to Pierre. This is directed to Elephone products but we all know more megapixel does not make for a better camera experience.

Couldn’t agree more. It seems like even though they have technically impressive cameras on their phones, but the quality always remains sh*t

the specification looks really nice, but we all know that the actual thing won’t live up to it’s standards… they always let us down on software side no matter how nice it sounds, it is nearly never as nice lol
