The Google Pixel 2 is allegedly in development

Google made a bold move to end their Nexus line of devices last year, premiering a new line of Google supported devices called the Pixel phones. While the original Google Pixel had a somewhat bland design, it still sold and performed extremely well, especially for a first device.

The success of the Google Pixel has apparently prompted Google to start working on its successor, the Pixel 2. New code commits at AOSP show hints of development for the Walleye, the codename for what will allegedly be the smaller version of the Google Pixel 2.

Wait…allegedly? The Pixel 2 is allegedly in development? Which cave has the writer of this article just climbed out of? Have you been hibernating? We know that the Pixel 2 is in development and had since the Pixel and Pixel XL were released. We also know that hTc have been tasked with building it too. We also know that there’s going to be a new iPhone and that Samsung have just released the S8. Please try to keep up
