OK, this doesn’t come as a surprise but here’s another image of the purported Moto Z2 model. The image has been obtained by Android Authority earlier and it comes from a reliable (to them) source, quite familiar with Lenovo’s roadmap.

Judging from the front side of the device, it looks quite similar to the alleged Moto Z2 Play model, having almost the same sensor positions, fingerprint scanner location and side buttons. According to information, the new Moto Z2/Moto Z2 Play smartphones will continue to support the Moto Mods modular accessories, which connect to compatible handsets thanks to the magnetic pins found on their back.
There’s no official information so far on a possible launch date – but it won’t be long now, sometime by early June. We also have no clue on their possible price tag so we’ll just wait a couple of weeks more.
