Meizu M6S will Sport the Exynos 7872 and MediaTek MT6750 According to the Market

Meizu M6S has been making rounds online for weeks now. The latest tip claims the existence of two variants, domestic and international. This tip comes from a user on Weibo. The tipster claims that the domestic version will sport the Exynos 7872, whereas the international version will sport the MediaTek MT6750.

The M6S is pegged to launch on the 17th of January. It had popped up on AnTuTu under the name mblu S6 during the first week of this month. The listing threw light upon the speculated presence of the Exynos 7872 chipset. While the Exynos 7872 seems like a possible component, there is no report that says that a MediaTek chipset will lie under the hood.

Other reports have pretty much given all the details about the M6S, with the most striking features being the 5.7-inch full screen display, speculated to have a resolution of 720×1440 pixels and the side mounted fingerprint scanner. Meizu seems to have chosen to skip the mBack button on this one. It is expected to sport 3GB of RAM and 32GB of ROM. A 2930mAh battery is expected to power the M6S. We’ll get to know soon whether these speculations are true or not on the 17th of January. Watch this space for more!

Why did they had to go with the MT6750? its a horrible and unoptimized SOC not to mention its so underpowered I hope they could’ve just at least used the Helio P10
