LG G7 CAD renders and video leak for the first time

LG G7

The LG G7 appeared at the MWC 2018 despite the fact that it was an unofficial appearance. LG has publicly announced a change in its flagship launch policies this year and the LG G7 has been delayed as part of that strategy. Today 360 degree CAD renders of the device have hit the world wide web assuring us of what we saw at MWC in the LG G7 (Neo). The CAD renders come courtesy of Onleaks and MrPhone.

When we heard that the LG G7 was getting a facelift, the last thing we expected was a notch. But it was there on the LG G7 (Neo) and there’s no escaping it. Pretty much every manufacturer except Samsung is working on some kind of notch display. The CAD renders also show a refined notch that takes much less space than the iPhone X one.

Apart from that, we’re also seeing a 3.5mm headphone jack, thank god. The rear can be seen clearly housing a dual camera setup with the fingerprint reader beneath it. Also noticeable is the extra button besides the volume keys. A Bixby competitor on the way?

Besides this, we can expect OLED 6.0-inch display panels on the phone as well as flagship Snapdragon 845, and other top draw hardware. It is expected to hit the market in June.
