In a few hours from now,
VIVO will host a launch event that will birth the long-rumored
VIVO NEX series of smartphones. Three different variant s of the device will break cover, and while the one alleged to be the most powerful
VIVO NEX appeared on the Geekbench site a couple of days back, the two other variants were nowhere to be found.
Now, with a few hours to go, a second variant of the series with model number
vivo PD1806 was just tested on Geekbench and this gives us some new information, while also giving credence to previously rumored specs. It is expected to arrive as the
VIVO NEX and its one of the two variants of the NEX that is expected to come with the SD 710 under the hood.
The
Vivo NEX will arrive with the Snapdragon 710 coupled with 6GB of RAM, with 1833 points in the single-core test and 5805 points in the multi-core test, and with that, the
VIVO NEX sits slightly below the recently unveiled Mi 8 SE from Xiaomi despite packing the same RAM size and same chipset.
While the
VIVO NEX that just surfaced on Geekbench and the
VIVO NEX A is said to pack the same SD 710, they are however expected to come with a couple of features/ specs that set them apart.
