The smartphone manufacturing industry is becoming increasingly dominated by wireless charging technology. Today, Xiaomi launched a new wireless charger (universal fast charge version), supporting Qi wireless charging standard. This charger is different from the previously introduced Xiaomi wireless charger. This new product is compatible with more models and can get up to 10W. As usual, Xiaomi made it cost effective – it sells for only 69 Yuan ($11).
With this new Xiaomi wireless charger, any smart device can be charged as long as it is compatible with Qi protocol. Depending on the device/model, it gives 7.5W/10W wireless fast charging capability. When charging for Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X, the wireless charging output can be up to 7.5W, and the wireless charging output can be up to 10W when wirelessly charging the Samsung S9 and other common smart devices that support Qi protocol. The new Xiaomi wireless charger (universal fast charge version) has multiple security protection measures, including temperature protection, short circuit protection, power protection, overvoltage protection, etc. These protections ensure that your device is safe at all times and when a foreign object or high surface temperature is detected, it automatically cuts off the power to avoid damage.

The Xiaomi wireless charger (universal fast charge version) uses an aluminum alloy shell and it is designed using a CNC edge process with a high-polished secondary anode treatment which gives it an enhance texture. The upper panel is made of a silicone material that is comfortable to touch, which increases the friction and shock absorption effect.
