Asus ROG Phone to be available for sales in late October

Back in June, Asus revealed to the world the Asus ROG Phone. After three months since the unveiling, the smartphone still isn’t available for customers. Also, the Taiwanese manufacturer doesn’t reveal the official release date. However, a new listing popped out in the retailer website GearBest, pointing to a possible release date for the super gaming smartphone.

According to the retailer website, Asus ROG will begin shipping between October 22 and October 24 when it comes to the orders that are placed through the website. However, the orders placed through Asus official website should start on October 19.

Gizchina News of the week

The Asus ROG Phone is one of the best in the gaming smartphone scenario. The handset boasts a large 6-inch AMOLED display and is equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 alongside 8GB of RAM and either 128GB or 512GB of Internal Storage. New information has popped out recently pointing to the arrival of two new cheaper variants with 4GB and 6GB of RAM respectively. On the camera department, the ROG is equipped with a main 12MP + 5MP dual setup on the rear and an 8MP front-facing snapper. The smartphone ships with Android 8.1 Oreo and is fueled by a 4,000mAh battery.

We advise you to take the above information with a pinch or two of salt since Asus is yet to make an official confirmation of the release date. Still, online retailers usually receive information directly from these retailers, and the GearBest date can also be close to the truth. For now, let’s just sit and wait to see when Asus will make available one of the best gaming smartphones of the market.
