Realme CEO exposes the Realme 2 Pro, key specs revealed too


The Realme 2 pro is coming soon. After confirming the device at the RealMe 2 unveiling a while back, Realme released an official video with the hint that it will come with a smaller notch and no Diamond-pattern back panel. And With its September 27 still, days away, Realme CEO has today in an interview flaunt the Realme 2 pro with images and some dey specs details.

In an interview with well-known YouTuber Gaurav Chaudhary, the company’s boss is seen parading the camera angles of the device, before he smartly positioned in the center of the shot while taking a selfie. From the video, its quite clear the Realme 2 pro will feature a dual rear camera setup, a rear fingerprint sensor,  and of course a display with what looks like the water drop notch. About the internals, the company’s boss made it know that the Realme 2 pro slightly dated SD660 SoC.

Further speaking with the Youtuber, the company’s top exec also confirms his company will push out 2 or 3 devices by end of Q1 2019. Our guess is that the Realme 3 and Realme 3 pro might be released by then unless of course, the company decides to introduce a new series. Lastly, the top exec also revealed that it is working on its version of the Android skin that will replace the ColorOS custom ROM by OPPO.

By the way, the brand has already scheduled a launch event for September 27 where it will unwrap the Realme 2 Pro which according to the company boss will sell within the Rs. 10,000 and Rs. 20,000 price tags.
