Earlier today, Chinese manufacturer, OPPO, took to Weibo to announce that it will celebrate the fifth anniversary of its proprietary operating system, Color OS, in Shenzhen on November 22nd. At the same time, the Weibo post suggests that Oppo has some other “good news” to share with its fans on the same day. There is no clue as to what OPPO has in store for us but from the poster, it appears that the event will be a colourful one and whatever the company has, it is related to the youth.

As of now, OPPO’s flagship smartphone, OPPO Find X, has already pre-installed the Color OS 5.1 system. The biggest highlight of Color OS 5.1 is the AI function capability which can predict the four most likely applications we open next and preload it.
