Xiaomi has recently released the 9.3.14 beta version of MIUI 10 for many devices. The update was delayed for Redmi Note 4, Redmi Note 4X and Redmi S2 for which some technical problems arose.
The list of changes is really very short and in fact it has only 2 entries:
- Live Wallpaper : fixed the error that prevent live wallpapers from showing after waking up the device.
- Lock screen : now it is possible to remain on the lock screen even after the face has been successfully recognized, the functionality can be activated by going into settings -> lock screen and password -> manage face data.

We remind you that before proceeding with the installation, if you have a version prior to the MIUI 9-10 ROMs, you will first need to unlock the bootloader and update using the fastboot method. On MIUI 9 and 10 it will be enough to go to the Updater application and search for the new update. Since it is a beta version it is advisable to always carry out a backup before proceeding.
Finally, here is the list of devices that can already download the update : Redmi 3S, Redmi Note 4, Redmi Note 3 Special Edition, Redmi 4X, Mi 5s, Redmi 4A, Mi Max 2, Redmi Note 5A / Redmi Y1 Lite, Redmi Notes 5A Prime / Redmi Y1, Mi 6, Mi MIX 2, Redmi Note 5 / Pro, Mi Note 2, Mi MIX, Mi MIX 2S, POCO F1, Mi 8, Redmi 6A, Redmi 6, Mi Max 3, Redmi 5A , Redmi 5, Mi Note 3, Mi 5s Plus, Mi 8 pro, Redmi Note 6 Pro, Mi 8 Lite, Redmi 6 Pro India, Mi MIX 3.

i am Redmi 5 global user ..
you developer teams are continuing the beta update but we haven’t received any single update in 2019 this is soo disappointing the users..
redmi 5 series haven’t got a single update since January why this is happening?
developer are focusing only on new device redmi 6 series have got already and 5 are still stuck on old update with lots of bug especially to redmi 5 oreo update 10.1.3.0 we all are hoping for update on this march month …
redmi device on china is receiving update regularly but not in global …
treat global user equally since we are also a Xiaomi user ….
hope we get new update this month and get updates regularly…
