Today, Huawei issued a letter to customers around the world to ensure that most of Huawei’s products continue to serve customers under extreme conditions. Huawei said in the letter that after the US Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) listed Huawei in its entity list, all items subject to the BIS US Export Control Regulations must be exported, or transferred domestically with permission, Huawei opposes this decision.
The Chinese manufacturer said that it has established a set of rigorous and effective business continuity management systems to ensure that most of Huawei’s products continue to serve customers under extreme conditions. The company emphasized that in the past 30 years, it has established good cooperative relations with customers in more than 170 countries around the world. It is also fortunate to have the trust and support. “At this special moment, we hope to share difficulties with customers all over the world.”
At the end of last year, when Meng Zhouzhou was detained by Canada, Huawei sent a letter to global suppliers, saying that it would not change the cooperation relationship with global supply chain partners because of the unreasonableness of the US government. “In the past 30 years, Huawei has adhered to the principle of value procurement and sunshine procurement.” the company said.
