The Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition will be announced on May 22, a pre-order page on Lenovo’s official website has revealed. The page has also revealed the highlighted specifications of the handset that will be a toned down version of the Lenovo Z6 Pro launched earlier. The fresh information about specifications comes after leaked renders revealed the design of the handset last week. In any case, we do get a fresh look at the device again as you’ll see in the image below.
As far as highlighted features are concerned, the Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition will have an HDR10 capable display. The back has an 8-layer nanoscale coating and there’s this eye-catching Green colour variant as well. The triple cameras are also confirmed now and the capacitive fingerprint reader can be seen easily. There’s USB-C and a 4,050mAh battery, says the pre-order page.
There are strong hints that the Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition could feature the Snapdragon 730 SoC which is Qualcomm’s newest chip still unused in any phone. Well, technically, Samsung’s Galaxy A80 does come with the same chip but it is yet to hit the market so, Lenovo will likely be the first to do so if there aren’t any unexpected surprises.
