While several Huawei smartphones should receive Android Q after its release, Honor only confirmed the update for the Honor 20 duo until now. However, this limited availability is likely to change in the upcoming days. According to a series of replies made by Honor India on their Twitter handle, Honor 8X and Honor 10 are also among the devices eligible for Android Q update.
The new info also indirectly confirms EMUI 10 arrival for the two handsets. Currently, there is still no information regarding the Android Q availability for the Huawei and Honor smartphones. Of course, it will be soon after the official release of the Android Q by Google that should happen in the next month or towards September.
When it comes to Honor's mother company, Huawei already confirmed that about 17 handsets will be receiving the EMUI-based Android Q update in the future. These devices are namely:

Hopefully, more Honor handsets will be added to the list once that final Android Q becomes available for companies. For now, Honor 8X and 10 owners can rest assured that they'll have one more year of software support for their handsets.
