CHUWI prepare for the Gitex Technology Week in Dubai

The big conventions around the world are the perfect opportunity for the brands to showcase their new products to the hungry public and experts, so it’s always a prime target to be there. And next week will start one of the biggest tech shows for Middle East, North Africa and South Asia with annual 39th Gitex Technology Week in Dubai. The show will be opening its doors from October 6th to October 10th and quite some chinese brands will be in attendance. Among them of course CHUWI with their laptops and tablets.

CHUWI managed to build their way up since 2004 and emerged as one of the main tablet/laptop producers coming from China. Recently they slightly shifted focus from the dying Android tablet market segment to mainly the convertible 2-in-1 Windows devices and during Gitex Technology Week they will be surely eager to show their latest devices headlined by the new CHUWI UBook Pro. This piece will be officially released on September 25th so it’s the perfect fresh addition to the portfolio just before the start of the event. CHUWI UBook Pro will be sporting 12.3-inch fully laminated IPS display with FHD resolution and 3:2 aspect ratio supporting also 2048 pressure level stylus. The tablet will have U-shaped bracket kickstand design and with detachable dock with backlit keyboard the variety of usage will be pretty wide. The body of the device will be ultra slim with 9 mm thickness and just 780g of weight. Inside we will find the fanless Intel Core M3-8100Y processor, 8 GB LPDDR3 RAM and 256 GB of SSD storage . Add to the mix plethora of input ports and we have the picture of a very interesting product in hand.
