Nubia’s dual-screen smartphone, the recently released Nubia Z20 is currently limited to the Chinese market. However, enthusiasts in the Global scene can finally have some hope! The powerful smartphone will land in the US, Europe, Canada and the UK on October 14.

Currently, Nubia is running a giveaway to keep the Nubia Z20 on the headlines. The campaign is called “Unbox the Future” and lucky participants will have a chance to grab a free Nubia Z20. Additionally, the company is also giving away gift cards from Amazon and Google Play among other things.

Nubia Z20 Specifications:

As previously stated, the Z20 came in the last month with two AMOLED screens – a 6.42″ FHD+ primary display on the front and a 5.1″ HD+ secondary display on the back. The former has no interruptions, which means that a front-facing camera is absent. The secondary display doubles up as a viewfinder to let you use the powerful triple camera array (48MP+16MP+8MP) on the back for selfies and video calls. That’s an interesting way of making use of the secondary display, it also allows the Z20 to keep with the recent trend of infinite screens.

Under the hood, the Nubia Z20 boasts the Snapdragon 855+ paired with up to 8GB of RAM. The global variant of the device will be limited to 128GB of Storage. If that isn’t enough for you, you’ll be glad to know that the handset also offers support for microSD cards.

Nubia Z20

The Nubia Z20 ships with Android Pie with nubia UI 7 running atop. In addition, there is a 4,000mAh battery driving the package. One interesting characteristic of the Z20 is the presence of two fingerprint scanners – one each on the left and right side. The Global variant of the Z20 will be available in two color options – Diamond Black and Twilight Blue.

More details such as pricing should be revealed in the coming weeks.
