The smartphone industry is consistently evolving and we are now at the point where a regular update is a necessity. OEMs now use the regular release of updates or support for old models as a marketing strategy and its working. Huawei is quite consistent and regular with updates, especially for its flagship models. A few days ago, the company released the EMUI 10 stable system update to P30/P30 Pro European users. Now, 14 Huawei/Honor phones are currently getting the EMUI 10 update. While some of these devices are getting stable versions, others are getting the public beta.

Devices getting EMUI 10 stable version
A total of 8 (eight) Huawei and Honor phones are currently receiving the EMUI 10 stable update. These devices include
- Huawei Mate 20
- Huawei Mate 20 Pro
- Honor Magic 2
- Honor 20
- Mate 20 RS Porsche Design
- Huawei Mate 20 X (4G)
- Honor 20 PRO
- Honor V20
Devices getting the public beta update
However, for the public beta update, 6 (six) Huawei and Honor phones are eligible. These devices include
- Huawei Mate 10
- Huawei Mate 10 Pro
- Mate 10 Porsche Design
- Mate RS Porsche Design
- Huawei P20,
- Huawei P20 Pro
The stable update is arriving Over-The-Air (OTA) thus all devices may not receive the update at the same time. Nevertheless, it will eventually arrive at your device if it is not currently available.
