Chinese phone maker – Vivo – sent out the invites for the upcoming Vivo X30 flagship. As we’ll see in the images below, these were some of the most interesting ones we’ve seen from a company.
Vivo X30 Invites Sent Out – Is that a Telescope?
Vivo did indeed decide to send the press a kit with the typical letter along with an old style telescope. Why a telescope? Well, as some of you may already know, the X30 by Vivo is the smartphone that will be boasting a 60x zoom achieved through a periscope lens. According to rumors, the 60 times zoom consists of a 5x optical zoom and the rest done digitally.

Just yesterday, we saw some real images shot with the device shared by Vivo’s product manager. These showed really impressive zoom skills with the smartphone keeping details until the very last shots. Down below we have an example:
So, going back to the invites, they will definitely remind the press what the best selling point for their handset is.
Vivo’s X30 isn’t only that though. The smartphone will also pack the latest Samsung Exynos 980 5G, the first Cortex A77 architecture dual-mode NSA / SA 5G SoC, which will also make the X30 the first dual-mode 5G phone for the Chinese maker (currently their only 5G phone on the market is the NSA-only Vivo NEX 3 5G).
The Vivo X30 will be officially released in the Chinese province of Guilin tomorrow, December 16th.
