Huami Amazfit T-Rex Smart Watch Goes on Sale for a Price of $116

Huami has added yet another smartwatch to its growing portfolio under the Amazfit lineup. The all-new Huami Amazfit T-Rex just went on sale in China for a price tag of 799 Yuan (roughly $116). It comes in five different color options namely Gun Grey, Camo Green, Rock Black, Khaki, and Army Green.

The wearable is equipped with a 1.3-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 360×360 pixels. The display features 16.7 million colors and can be used to see clearly in all weather conditions. Coming to the design, the watch has a rugged looking outdoor styled smartwatch. As expected, it makes use of a silicon strap that, according to the brand, is skin-friendly and comfortable for long term usage. Furthermore, the strap will remain dry and non-sticky in a longer period of usage.

The Chinese company has given a strong aesthetic to the watch with the inclusion of large metal keys and metal screws on the outer bezel. The wearable comes in five body color schemes from which the interested buyers can choose from. The watch comes with 14 different sport modes, all-day heart rate monitoring and up to 50m water resistance. Just like any other smartwatch out there, you can get the call reminders, notifications, messages on the Amazfit T-Rex. Furthermore, you can do the mobile payments using NFC connectivity option.

In terms of battery life, Huami Amazfit T-Rex can last for 20 days on a single charge in daily mode. The basic watch mode, on the other hand, will give you 66 days of backup with Bluetooth and a heart rate sensor turned off. Lastly, the watch can last for 20 hours with GPS connectivity continuously turned on. In terms of durability, the smartwatch comes with the certification of 12 military regulations making it a military-grade wearable. The watch can withstand extreme environmental conditions thanks to heat, cold, corrosion, moisture and high resistance.
