Huawei announces that 50 million devices are already updated to EMUI 10

The Chinese New Year celebrations are just 3 days away, and Huawei wanted to celebrate by announcing the achievement of an important EMUI 10 milestone.

EMUI 10, the new user interface built on Android 10, is now present on over 50 million Huawei devices. A figure that gains importance if we think that only one month ago the count stopped at 10 million. And the company does not want to stop, indeed it has just announced a long series of devices that will be updated in the coming months.

Huawei has first showcased EMUI 10 in August 2019, a month before the official release of Android 10. Once the latest Android platform went official, the company started beta testing Android 10-based EMUI 10 on a number of its high-end smartphones in China. In a few weeks, the devices eligible for the update even started receiving them but still only in its home country. Finally, now, after months of its initial release, Huawei has announced EMUI 10 update roadmap for its global users.
