Mysterious 5G Oppo phone appears on TENAA


Recently, a mysterious 5G Oppo phone was spotted at the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The device comes with model number PCLM50 but the image of the mobile phone is not yet available. Thus we cannot judge the specific model of the phone.

However, from the published configuration, the OPPO PCLM50 is a 5G smartphone. The phone measures 160.3 x 74.3 x 7.96 mm and weighs 180 grams. This 5G Oppo phone is the same size and weight as the PDCM00 / PDCT00 (this is the OPPO Reno 3). Therefore, there is a possibility that PCLM50 may be a new version of the Reno3 phone.

The OPPO PCLM50 phone has a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with 1080 x 2400 resolution. It is equipped with a 3935 mAh battery. The 3C certification that appeared last month indicates that it supports 30W fast charging.

Reno3’s configuration shows it is powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core processor. However, the newly discovered OPPO PCLM50 phone has a 2.4GHz octa-core processor. It may be equipped with a Snapdragon 765G processor with built-in 8GB of RAM, and 128GB / 256GB. In the camera department, the OPPO PCLM50 phone is equipped with a 32MP selfie camera. On the rear, this device comes with a quad-camera setup. The configuration includes a 48MP main sensor + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP sensors.
