Xiaomi is all set to add yet another product to its growing home and lifestyle portfolio in India. The Chinese smartphone maker is now launching its Mi Electric Toothbrush in the Indian market. It is worth mentioning that this is going to be the first electric toothbrush from the brand for the country. As of now, the lifestyle portfolio of the company includes Mi beard trimmer, Mi backpacks, and Mi Sport Shoes.

Xiaomi Mi Electric Toothbrush: Launch, Availability

Xiaomi India has made an official announcement of the new product launch on its official Twitter handle. Although the post does not explicitly mention an electric toothbrush, the teaser video clearly indicates that. As per the tweet, the company will launch the product on 20 February which is around the corner. As of now, there is no word on the pricing of the product.

Mi Electric Toothrbush

This is not the first time Xiaomi is launching the electric toothbrush. The smartphone maker already has Mi Electric Toothbrush in its homeland i.e. China. Coming to the features, the Mi Electric toothbrush comes with a high-efficiency magnetic levitation sonic motor. Furthermore, it also has multiple customized brush modes along with metal-free brush heads. The brush vibrates over 31,000/minute along with a torque of over 230gf.cm.

The brush should penetrate the gaps between teeth fully giving you a much cleaner and hygienic teeth. Mi electric toothbrush will have a companion app that the brush will use. There is going to be an on/off switch that will also be used for switching between various modes. There are going to be three different modes namely standard mode, gentle mode, and customized mode. The customized mode will let you set brush time,  brush strength along with numerous functions as per your convenience.

Furthermore, the companion app will display brushing stats such as monitoring six different zones along with brushing time. Coming to the battery life, the toothbrush can last for up to 18 hours on a single charge. It should come with a wireless charging dock. Lastly, the product is IPX7 water-resistant.
