Huawei Smart Life said this morning that the Huawei Smart Screen V65 Honor Edition is now available for pre-sale. One of its biggest selling points is the support for multi-channel video calling.
The Huawei Smart Screen V65 Premier Edition comes with a 4GB of memory and a 128GB of body storage. It uses the Mocha gold color option and has a built-in AI camera, which helps modeling AI in the home environment. The official price is 7999 yuan ($1152).
This large TV product uses a 65-inch 4K quantum dot screen with a 3840 × 2160 resolution and a 100% NTSC color gamut coverage. It supports MEMC dynamic picture compensation and is equipped with an 8 + 1 + 1 smart sound system.
In terms of hardware, Huawei’s smart screen sports a self-developed Honghu 818 chip. The latter adopts a dual-core A53 + dual-core A73 CPU architecture, and a 4-core G51GPU.
As for sound performance, its 8 + 1 + 1 smart sound system comes with 6 full frequency speaker units, 2 tweeter speaker units, and 1 bass woofer. Apart from this, it also has 1 passive radiator with a 65W power and 3.9L large sound cavity.
When this product leaked on real photos, we learned about some of its key features. Say, we know it is manufactured by Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Hefei BOE Video Technology Co. As you guess, the latter supplied display for this smart screen.
In addition, the Huawei Smart Screen V65 Honor Edition has the TUV Rheinland Low Blu-ray certification. It also supports Bluetooth, Dolby sound and so on. This smart screen will probably come with Huawei’s Harmony OS.
