This month Oppo took the wraps off new flagship devices Oppo Find X2 and Find X2 Pro. The devices came with everything you expect from a 2020 flagship such as Snapdragon 865, fast-charging technology, and a gorgeous display. Talking about the latter, both devices sport a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel which received an A+ rating from DisplayMate. The company is excited to talk more about how the display was built and the features that enabled it to earn the highest mark. Moreover, the Oppo decided to disclose a list of countries that will receive the Oppo Find X2 series first.
First of all the display is HDR10+ certified and can reach an overall peak brightness of 800 nits. This brightness can even reach the whopping 1,200 nits in certain environments. The panel offers a 5000000:1 contrast ratio, 100% P3 color gamut, 1.07 billion colors, and JNCD~0.4 color accuracy.
The Find X2 users Samsung’s Y-OCTA technology, which makes panels thinner. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz sample rate. The system can intelligently adjust between 120Hz and 60Hz. Some apps support only 60Hz while scrolling through the UI is always done at 120Hz. The system can automatically adapt to your usage.
Oppo, along with Samsung and Qualcomm worked together to optimize the phone’s 10-bit HDR support. Better year, it added a screen calibration step to the manufacturing process. The company also filed two patents related to the process.
Oppo Find X2 series Availability
As for the availability the phones are already available in China and will launch in the following countries by the end of the month:

Twenty more countries will receive the new smartphone series soon after this initial release. That, of course, if COVID-19 crisis does not ruin Oppo’s plans:

The euro price for the Oppo Find X2 Pro is €1,200, the vanilla Find X2 goes for €1,000.
