The Huawei P40series is set to go official in just a few hours. It will be broadcast live on YouTube and we expect a real beast of a smartphone in the Pro version of the series. Nonetheless, here's an official teaser video showing the P40 Pro in full daylight on YouTube. This comes right on the day of launch and after countless renders of the series have been leaked in the near past. Moreover, the leak pipeline hasn't dried up just yet as a couple of posts from Roland Quandt and Ishan Agarwal revealed some more information regarding the series.
The promotional video shows the rear of the phone and reiterates previous authentic leaks. Moreover, a refreshed spec-sheet of the Huawei P40 Pro has been shared. The most important aspects being the camera and the display, here's a rundown.
50MP Super Sensing Main (F/1.9, OIS) + 40MP Movie Cam (F/1.8) + 12MP Ultra Sensing Telephoto (F/3.4, OIS, 5X Optical, 10X Hybrid, 50X Digital Zoom) + 3D Deep Sensing Camera, 32MP (F/2.2)+Depth Front Camera
As per the latest tip, the P40 Pro 256GB model will cost 1,099 Euros, and with the kind of spec-sheet we just saw, it is right up there with Samsung's S20 premium models. In fact, it might even beat the Samsung flagships in the camera aspect, however, that is a discussion for a later date. The launch takes place at 6:30 PM IST, stay tuned for the latest updates.
