Huawei P40 series retail box content leaked: 40W fast charge confirmed


In recent times, there has been a lot of leaks and speculations regarding the upcoming Huawei P40 Series. As the launch date draws closer (March 26), more information on these devices is hitting the web. The latest leak shows the retail box of the Huawei P40 series as well as a gift box. From the leaked images, it appears that some units of the Huawei P40 series will come with a gift box.

Overall, the colour of the retail box is white with and there is also a Leica camera branding on the box. The current leak does not just reveal the box, it also shows its content. While the phone is on the left side of the box, the top right seems to have a Huawei car charger. On the bottom right, we have Huawei’s Superfast charger. We can see from the images that the output of Huawei Super fast charger is 40W(10A/4V).

Huawei P40 series

The Huawei P40 series will come with amazing camera performance, at least that is what we expect. Although there is no official information on Huawei P40 series camera, several leaks and speculations give us a clue on what to expect. For Huawei P40, it will come with a 50MP + 16MP + 8MP Leica Ultra Vision sensors. This triple rear camera configuration supports 30x digital zoom and Huawei XD Fusion Engine.

For the Huawei P40 Pro, it will use a Leica Ultra Vision quad-rear camera setup. The configuration includes a 50MP main camera + 40MP auxiliary camera + 12MP camera + 3D ToF sensor. The telephoto camera support up to 50x ultra-sensitive zoom.

For the Huawei P40 Pro+ (Premium Edition), it comes with a Penta-rear camera setup. It will have a 52MP (IMX700, 1 / 1.28-inch RYYB) + ​​40MP (IMX650 1 / 1.5-inch, RGGB) + 8MP telephoto lens + 20MP periscope lens and ToF. Other camera features include a 10x lossless zoom, color temperature sensor and LED flash.
