Realme X3 full specifications now available in TENAA

Realme X3

A few days ago, a Realme smartphone believed to be Realme X3 passed through TENAA. The device came with the RMX2142 model number and unfortunately some of the specifications weren’t available. Today, however, the Chinese regulatory agency uploaded its listing with some images revealing the handset’s design and full specifications.

Under the hood, the handset boasts a 2.4GHz Octa-Core chipset. Apparently, it’s a Snapdragon 765G SoC that comes paired with either 6GB, 8GB or 12GB of RAM. On the storage front, the Realme X3 will be available in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB of storage. The RMX2142 specifications are built around a 6.57-inch TFT display. Moreover, it’s an FHD+ panel with a pill-shaped punch-hole in the top-left corner. The cutout serves as a house for the 16MP and 2MP selfie shooters. Moving around to the back, there’s a quad-camera array comprising 48MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP modules. Interestingly enough, the handset’s back is very similar to the recently released Realme 6.

The new smartphone comes with Android 10 straight out of the box. No surprises here. Of course, this handset will come with Realme UI software running at the top. It draws power from a 4,100mAh battery that charges via 30W fast-charging. Other features include dual-mode 5G and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Apart from the Realme X3, the company is also preparing an X3 SuperZoom variant. This one will feature the last year’s Snapdragon 855+ chipset and probably has an advanced camera setup. Realme is yet to publish any information regarding the launch of these two devices. However, this may happen in the coming days since both of they’re acquiring important certifications.
