Earlier he had already mentioned the upcoming Mini LED displays, including for iPads and MacBooks. But the development of the new technology has been stopped by the current epidemic, so its implementation may be delayed.

It’s unclear which products could start. But a 16-inch MacBook Pro, a new iMac Pro, and the iPad Pro 2021 would be good candidates. we don’t expect to see such a display in a rather cheap MacBook Air. The Apple Watch would also be a good candidate for this.
Fans are excited about this step and especially the comparison with OLED. Mini-LEDs may not yet have the quality of micro-LEDs that Samsung continues to push. But they should be a big leap forward in black levels and other factors.
