Sony True Wireless Subwoofer Headset (WF-XB700)
This year Sony introduced the signature EXTRA BASS subwoofer tuning technology into the True Wireless series. The WF-XB700 headphones come with a built-in 12mm dynamic coil unit. This enhances the low-frequency dive and impact sense. Furthermore, it smartly adjusts and optimizes the mid-frequency making the vocals clear and natural.
The small WF-XB700 headphones come with an IPX41 waterproof design. Its ergonomic design and three-point fixed structure greatly enhance the stability and comfort of wearing. This allows users to focus on sports.
The charging box weighs only about 46g, supports fast charging, and can provide about 9 hours usage time. The headset itself, when fully charged can deliver 18 hours usage time. After a 10 minute charge, you can get 60 minutes of usage time.
Sony True Wireless Noise Cancelling Sports Headset (WF-SP800N)
The True Wireless Noise Cancelling Sports Headphones (WF-SP800N) is designed for sports enthusiasts. It comes with EXTRA BASS and Bluetooth 5.0 technology. Looking at multiple experimental designs, this device comes with a curved bracket and a hybrid silicone earplugs. These provide a stable and comfortable fit even during strenuous exercises. This device also includes digital noise reduction to eliminate ambient noise.
With the Sony Headphones Connect App (active adaptive sound control), the WF-SP800N can detect the user’s activity status and location and automatically switch between pre-set ambient sound and noise reduction schemes.
The WF-SP800N has a usage range of approximately 9 hours with active noise cancellation. However, the usage time extends to 13 hours if the noise cancellation feature is off. The magnetic case also provides additional power.
Sony Wireless Waterproof Sports Headset (WI-SP510)
The Sony Wireless Waterproof Sports Headset (WI-SP510) is another design for sports enthusiasts. This headset comes with an IPX5 waterproof rating. Just like the WF-SP800N, it can be rinsed with water after use. It uses the same curved bracket as the WF-SP800N as well as a hybrid silicone earbud design.
This device also comes with the EXTRA BASS subwoofer tuning technology for better sound output. The Sony WI-SP510 uses Bluetooth 5.0 and has a usage range of about 15 hours. The WF-SP800N and the WI-SP510 both support fast charging. A 10-minute charge can offer 60 minutes of playtime.
Wireless noise-canceling stereo headphones (WH-CH710N)
Sony’s 1000X series is popular among consumers from headwear to true wireless models. The entry-level wireless noise-canceling stereo headset WH-CH710N weighs approximately 223g and has an adjustable swivel headband design that can be freely retracted to fit your head shape and is easy to store.
