Apart from the aforementioned outstanding features, the screen of the iQOO Neo 5 will have a local peak brightness of 1300 nits, and the contrast ratio will be 6000000:1. In addition, the screen has passed HDR10+ (High Dynamic Range Technology) certification, SGS low smear eye protection certification and low blue light eye protection certification.
According to the official, the company has professionally adjusted the built-in independent display chip of the iQOO Neo 5. The game frame rate is doubled. The picture is smoother. And the colors are more vivid, making it a ‘flagship display’.
In order to enhance the user’s visual experience, each screen is adjusted one by one before leaving the factory. At the same time, it uses an AI deep learning algorithm to improve the video clarity. The iQOO Neo 5 also has a brand-new moonlight screen function.
Previously, we have learned that the iQOO Neo 5 series’ all models will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 + independent display chip combination. This independent display chip can effectively share SoC computing power. According to the official mobile game test, this technology can not only reduce power consumption by 45%, but also ensure that the game runs stably at a high frame rate of 90 frames.
The iQOO Neo 5 will support a 66W fast charging and use the Samsung V6 128-layer high-speed memory chip. Plus, it will use a ‘memory fusion’ technology. Through an algorithm optimization, part of the phone ROM is expanded to RAM. As a result, the 12GB of memory can perform as a 15GB of memory.
The iQOO Neo 5 will hit the market on March 16.
