Xiaomi Mi 10 now receiving MIUI 12.5 stable update

According to Xiaomi, all Xiaomi Mi 10 users that participated in the MIUI 12.5 internal beta are now receiving the stable version of this update. However, the update changelog shows that this update brings just Google’s security patch. Nevertheless, the changelog hides a large number of features. The updated version number is MIUI V12.5.3.0.RJBCNXM, and the firmware volume is about 786MB.

After testing this update, it was confirmed that the changelog truly hides some of the features the update brings. A couple of users have confirmed that this update comes with changes in the super wallpaper, control center, dark mode, lock screen, status bar, notification bar, etc.

Xiaomi officially released the Xiaomi Mi 10 in February 2020. This smartphone is Xiaomi’s 2020 flagship which commemorates Xiaomi’s ten years of mastery. It adopts a curved screen design with a punch-hole in the upper left corner. This device is 8.96 mm thick and weighs 208 grams. In addition, this smartphone comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor. It also uses a 108MP AI quad rear camera. To keep its lights on, the Xiaomi Mi 10 comes with a 4780 mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging. 

The Xiaomi Mi 10 runs on the MIUI system and costs 3999 yuan ($609). As of now, the complete changelog of this update is still under wraps.
