ZTE Axon 30 Ultra specs and design are officially revealed


As soon as we had time to get acquainted with a series of videos leaked to the Network, telling about the main features of the top model ZTE Axon 30 Ultra, new details about the new product were revealed.

In the database of the Chinese regulator 3C, the smartphone has been certified under the code designation A2022P; accompanied by a complete charger “NB-A1160A-C”. The maximum supported power of the latter is 66 W; which may indicate the excellent performance of the battery replenishment rate of the new flagship.

Recall that other known advantages of the ZTE Axon 30 Ultra include as many as three 64-megapixel camera modules; with an 8-megapixel periscope module, a 120-Hz display and a top-end Snapdragon 888 with UFS 3.1 storage under the hood. The presentation of the ZTE Axon 30 family will take place the day after tomorrow, April 15.

China’s ZTE will unveil the flagship Axon 30 family this week, with the Axon 30 Ultra as its top representative. On the eve of the big day, the company finally revealed all the cards in the design department, publishing a promo video with all Axon 30 Ultra colors. And there will be four of them: black, orange, blue and white. In this case, two options will wear the series logo on the back, and two will remain without it. Separately, ZTE highlighted its long engineering quest for the perfect case for the Axon 30 Ultra. The result is a thin (8 mm) and light (188 g) device made of metal (1.7 mm frame at the thinnest point) and glass.

According to the technical characteristics, only Snapdragon 888 and a quadruple-camera with three 64-megapixel sensors (main, wide and depth sensor), supplemented by an 8-megapixel telephoto lens with periscope optics, have been confirmed so far. It is unofficially called a 120-Hz display with a QHD + resolution, a 44-megapixel front camera under the screen (presented as a regular hole in the promo video), a 4500 mAh battery with 66-W charging and Android 11. The official presentation will take place on April 15.
