The free TWS earbuds aside, the company’s CEO took it to Twitter to announce that the upcoming Relame X7 Max 5G will feature 7 5G bands in total. This will make it the smartphone to support the most number of 5G bands in the segment. Interestingly, the Realme GT Neo 5G also supports 7 5G bands in total. This corroborating with the rumors that the X7 Max is a rebranded Realme GT Neo 5G.

So far, only devices in the premium mid-range or flagship segment have such an amount of 5G bands. 5G is yet to be deployed in India, but once it becomes available, the Realme X7 Max 5G will become a strong contender in this niche.
