First real images of Huawei MatePad Pro 10.8 and MatePad Pro 12.6 tablets


Huawei officially announced that it will release the new MatePad Pro 2 on June 2. The tablet will be equipped with the Harmony operating system and will use the new HUAWEI M-Pen (second-generation stylus). According to reports, the new tablet will probably not be called MatePad Pro 2. Today, Huawei Pollen Club officially opened sub0sections for the Huawei MatePad Pro 10.8 and MatePad Pro 12.6. This officially confirms the name of these tablets. Furthermore, the first set of real images of these devices also hit the public domain.

The 2020 version of the MatePad Pro comes with the Kirin 990 SoC (4G). This device also uses a built-in 7250mAh battery. It has a 10.8-inch 16:10 ratio 2560 x 1600 resolution screen with a maximum brightness of 540nit and a 90% screen-to-body ratio. This device supports Huawei M -Pen (first-generation stylus)

From the reports so far, the Huawei MatePad Pro 10.8 uses a 10.8-inch IPS screen. This display will support a 2560 x 1600 resolution. The Huawei MatePad Pro 10.8 comes with the Snapdragon 870 4G chip.

In addition, it will also have 8GB of RAM and 128GB / 256GB of internal storage. Under the hood, this device will have a built-in 7250 mAh battery. It will also have four speakers, five microphones, and integrates a magnetic support sucking keyboard.

The flagship Huawei MatePad Pro 12.6, will come with the HiSilicon Kirin 9000 series chip. While the WiFi version will use the Kirin 9000E processor, the 5G version will use a Kirin 9000 SoC. This device will use a 12.6 inch 2K+ OLED screen. Under the hood, it will have a 10,050 mAh battery that supports a 40W fast charge. This smartphone also supports eight speakers and uses the HarmonyOS 2.0 system.

The mass production of this device does not show that this tablet will support a 120Hz refresh rate. This is sparking speculations that it will come with a 60Hz refresh rate display. This table has a thin top bezel that holds the center front camera.

From the reports so far, it appears that there will also be an Huawei MatePad 11. According to speculations, this device will come with a 10.95-inch LCD screen that supports a resolution of 2560 x 1600.
