The 2021 Google for Games Developer Summit kicks off on July 12. The event’s keynotes are expected to span across two days, with the event coming to an end on July 13. Aside from revealing the full schedule, Google has set up YouTube premieres for each keynote. While neither the schedule nor the YouTube premieres reveal key information, they hint at some key Android 12 features.
New Android 12 OS Features
The feature-laden Android 12 OS boasts highly appealing themes, visual effects, and useful widgets. Android Developers shared a video for the “delivery space updates” keynote on its YouTube channel. While the video is set to premiere in two days. the tech giant has revealed that it is gearing up to “unveil a transformational feature for Android 12 devices.”
The title of the keynote, as well as the description, suggests that the new feature will enhance video games’ downloading experience. Regrettably, the description doesn’t shed light on how the tech behemoth plans to accomplish that. We’d need to wait until Monday with bated breath to find out.
