While we would like to talk about wearables, the center of attention is the two foldable devices. We’re talking about the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3. Both the devices are expected to bring some solid improvements over the predecessor.

Of course, Samsung wants you to buy the new foldable devices no matter what the pricing is. That’s why the company has now announced a multi-device trade-in program. You read it, right! You can now trade in multiple devices to get your hands on the next-gen foldable devices. but hold your horses, there’s a catch!

Samsung has now opened up reservations for its upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3. If you’re planning to buy any of these foldable devices, you can go ahead and book yours right now. Furthermore, you can even trade your existing devices to get the smartphones for a lower price. Of course, you know that. But, you can do it right away. You can drop details of the existing device ahead of time.

Samsung is now offering multi-device trade-in allowing you to trade in up to two devices. With the addition of one more device, Samsung might actually end up getting more customers. The foldable devices would be more affordable for potential buyers with the addition of multi-device trade-ins. Another catch is the fact that this service is available only in the US, at least now. We’re also not sure about the fact that whether this multi-device trade-in will be available post-registration period. At the time of writing this, this program is only available for third-gen foldable devices. Would this make its way to more Galaxy devices? Well, only time will tell.

According to various reports, both foldable devices will be up to 20% cheaper than their predecessors. That basically means an almost $400 price cut on the topmost foldable smartphone. Samsung knows that making foldable devices cheaper is the key to attract more customers.
