Moreover, pricing details about the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 foldable phones have surfaced on the web before the official unveiling. Aside from that, the devices have been subject to multiple renders. The tech company will reportedly take the wraps off the Watch 4, as well as the Galaxy Buds 2 true wireless earphones at the event.

Samsung’s second Unpacked event for this year is slated to kick off at 7:30 PM IST on August 11. The company launched the Galaxy S21 series during the first Unpacked event, which was held in January. On August 10, Twitter user Ricciolo (@Ricciolo1) shared a short, blurry clip of what appears to be the Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G and the Galaxy Z Fold 3 5G foldable phones. In the video, we can see the upcoming devices being handled, per GSM Arena. The video gives us a glimpse of the internal display which accommodates the under-display camera. The foldable phone sports a 6.2-inch AMOLED cover display with 2262 x 832 pixels resolution. Upfront, there’s a 10MP camera for selfies and video calling. A 7.6-inch foldable AMOLED panel appears when you open the device with a refresh rate of 144Hz. This screen offers a resolution of 2208 x 1768 pixels. Also, there’s a 4MP in-screen camera integrated into the screen. Both displays come with 120Hz refresh rate support.

The Galaxy Z Flip 3 sports a 6.7-inch AMOLED display that has 2640 x 1080 pixels resolution, coupled with a refresh rate of 120Hz. At the back, the foldable display sports a secondary 1.9-inch AMOLED screen with 512 x 260 pixels resolution. There’s a 10MP front shooter for capturing self-portraits. The rear-mounted camera setup includes two 12MP dual-camera systems. The phone packs a Snapdragon 888 SoC and will come with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of built-in storage.

Furthermore, a 3,300mAh battery with 15W charging support will power up the phone. On August 10, noted tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore revealed the full spec sheet of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and the Galaxy Z Flip 3 smartphones.
