Vivo announces the list of devices to get OriginOS Ocean


The new generation OriginOS Ocean which has been highly anticipated by users was officially released yesterday. When it comes to operating systems, all users care about when they can experience it. Vivo also announced the plan and timetable at the end of the press conference.

Vivo OriginOS Ocean comes with UI changes, privacy upgrades & more

Vivo OriginOS Ocean comes with a new visual design, user interface as well as strong privacy features. The company also completely redesigns the home screen. Furthermore, it now has better customizations, rounder UI elements, and more colours. The OriginOS Ocean allows users to easily redesign the icons and switch the icon size. The redesigned icon and text layout provide large, medium, and small icon sizes. It also has a temporary storage area and folder system.

Furthermore, the company redesigned the control center, notification center, global search, and display interface. In the control center, users can now access the battery information, network status, and sensitive permissions at a glance.

Furthermore, the OriginOS Ocean comes with newly-designed minimalist icons, theme replacement, and official wallpaper access. In the lock screen interface, Vivo integrates the camera, payment, and travel apps. In terms of security and privacy, OriginOS Ocean has a built-in atomic privacy system. This system brings functions such as data minimization, privacy end-to-side processing, and biometrics. Vivo also optimizes its camera by integrating a series of features such as natural saturation, hue saturation, hue brightness, contrast, and exposure. This is the first time that the camera application will come with these features.

Furthermore, Vivo OriginOS comes with a new “Atom Walkman”. This is a new design of the music interface. The colours and shapes on the music panel will display different styles according to the music type and playback status. This new system also comes with a child protection feature. This function offers a wide range of features for parents to protect their kids from harmful content.
